Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, feeling stuck, or longing for a deeper connection with yourself, this personalized session offers a supportive space to pause, explore, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. What to Expect During Your Session Every transformational journey is unique. Our 60 minutes together are thoughtfully tailored to meet you wherever you are in life, honoring your individual experiences, intentions, and personal journey. Rather than following a predetermined process, I draw upon an integrative blend of practices that may include breathwork, oracle or tarot card readings, intuitive guidance, guided meditation, hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, and meaningful conversation. Together, we may explore the beliefs, patterns, emotions, and possibilities emerging in your life, creating opportunities for deeper self-awareness, fresh perspectives, and personal growth. My role is not to tell you who you should be or what direction you should take. Instead, I facilitate a supportive, judgment-free space where you can connect with your own insights, explore new possibilities, and discover what feels authentic and aligned for you. There is nothing you need to prepare or figure out beforehand. Simply come as you are, with an openness to explore. Your journey is your own. This session is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, honor where you are, and explore what may be ready to emerge.**
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. No-Shows: A no-show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled session without prior notice. No-shows cannot be rescheduled, and no refunds will be issued. Technology Requirements: Please ensure you have a strong, stable internet connection for all online services. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a reliable connection throughout the session. Camera Use: For the effectiveness and safety of all services, your camera must remain on for the full duration of the session. Sessions cannot proceed if the camera is off. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
